I would like to share with you an experience I had recently that I think you would be interested in. In talking to one of our attendees at our last convention where you spoke on "How to Avoid Embezzlement and Fraud" and "How to Avoid and Handle IRS Audits," he related the following story to me.

"After coming back from the convention, I got with my partner and went down Ed's checklist and did what he suggested, having statements sent to our home, etc. We looked further into things and found our trusted bookkeeper had embezzled major funds, approximately $60,000, from us.
